Warranty Policy

Pink Lifestyle offers 7 days warranty on all products, and 3 days on-site return policy for Lingerie only

Terms & Condition

  1. All items sold are non-refundable once purchased.

  2. If your received item(s) appears to be defective or fails to function, please contact us (sales@pinklifestyle.sg) within 7-days. Instructions will be given to exchange the item.

  3. Each purchase is only entitled 1 return. We reserve the right to reject faulty items that we deem damaged by misuse, or due to incidental damages at our discretion.

  4. If the item is out of stocks, an alternative replacement will be provided

  5. Any lingerie tag, plastic film or packaging of product must NOT be removed due to hygiene purposes.

  6. In the event of wrong item was being delivered, we will replace the correct one ASAP. The return items must not be used and should be returned with the original packaging.

  7. Do note that Products that are 'not' sealed will be tested before sending out to our customers. For sealed products it will only be tested upon request.

  8. We have implemented an 'On-site exchange policy' for lingerie only. If the size or cutting of your purchased lingerie is not suitable, our return policy allows you to return and exchange for an alternative within 3 days of purchase. Exchange can only be done personally at our Bugis Outlet (8 Liang Seah Street, #01-21, Singapore 189029). Only lingerie(s) are allowed for this return policy.
  9. For 'On-site exchange policy' Receipt of Purchase must be presented. Any lingerie tag, plastic film or original packaging of product must NOT be removed to be eligible for exchange. We reserve the right to reject any returns due to unjustifiable abuse policy or if there are damaged by misuse, or by incident at our discretion.

Disclaimer & Refunds Policy

  1. Pink Lifestyle  will NOT be held responsible for any damages, loss or non-delivery of items via Registered Mail or Courier Delivery options, although this happens very rarely. Deliveries are made subject to the carrier's terms and conditions of service, which are out of our control.

  2. Orders will only be shipped after payments have been received.

  3. Due to hygiene reasons as well as the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final.

  4. Pink Lifestyle is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products and website.

  5. Pink Lifestyle will not be held liable for any injury cause by misuse of our products

  6. The information and articles provided on pinklifestyle.sg are for information purposes only and should not be meant to be solely relied upon. Seek professional advise if necessary.
